each other and for you to share your dreams and desires for your event. I also offer web cam consultations via Skype if you
are not able to meet in person. I believe in the importance of open communication and attention to detail being key factors in a

A limited number of events are booked each month to ensure you receive the personal attention you expect for your event.

~ Recommending ceremony and reception sites ~ Establishing budget and management
~ Recommending quality vendor ~ Scheduling and Attending vendor meetings
~ Contract review ~ Providing wedding checklist
~ Progress meetings as needed ~ Tracking R.S.V.Ps
~ Assisting with floor plans ~ Design and develop wedding and theme
~ Confirming details with vendors (email and phone) ~ Pre-wedding ceremony and reception site walk through
~ Providing guidance and advice ~ Making hotel accommodations for out of town guests
~ Detailed schedule for everyone (wedding party and vendors) ~ Acting as Master of Ceremonies (if needed)
~ Finalizing Ceremony/Reception set up ~ Etiquette advice
~ Use of Wedding Day Emergency kit ~ Arranging for child-friendly activities at the reception
~ Decorating Honeymoon suite (if accessible)
~ Assisting with Design, Implementation and Delivery of all Guest Welcome

| As the months wound down and the big day approached, my interactions with Fran had already made me feel comfortable about wedding day. But, she truly went above and beyond my expectations the day before and day of. As I was frazzled, stressed, nervous and excited all at once, Fran was collected, organized - VERY organized - soft-spoken yet effective and a fantastic support system.
